Anorexia

Anorexia nervosa is characterized by emaciation, a relentless pursuit of thinness and unwillingness to maintain a normal or healthy weight, a distortion of body image and intense fear of gaining weight, a lack of menstruation among girls and women, and extremely disturbed eating behavior. Some people with anorexia lose weight by dieting and exercising excessively; others lose weight by self-induced vomiting, or misusing laxatives, diuretics or enemas.

Many people with anorexia see themselves as overweight, even when they are starved or are clearly malnourished. Eating, food and weight control become obsessions. A person with anorexia typically weighs herself or himself repeatedly, portions food carefully, and eats only very small quantities of only certain foods. Some who have anorexia recover with treatment after only one episode. Others get well but have relapses. Still others have a more chronic form of anorexia, in which their health deteriorates over many years as they battle the illness.

About Me!

Hi I’m Emma, and here are something’s about me.  My best friend is Caitlin.  Caitlin has has been with me through thick and thin!  Caitlin and I have been friends for 5 years!  I have another best friend named Cayman.  Cayman and I have our ups and downs, but we are still best friends! Cayman and I have been friends for 6 years!

When I grow up I want to be famous! I really love to sing! When I am famous my goal is to win 4 VMA’s and 12 Grammy’s. My favorite song is all of Austin Mahone’s  songs.  Austin is my favorite artist! I know everything there is to know about Austin Mahone. I am a  Mahomie!

My sense of smell means everything in my life. I love because it makes everything better. I love the smell of all my moms perfume but if I couldn’t smell I wouldn’t be able to smell that aroma. It is so nice knowing that I have a sense of smell. There are many other reasons but there is too many!!

  If I lost my sense of smell I wouldn’t get to smell the fresh beautiful air outside. I couldn’t smell the smell of dinner when it gets out of the oven. It would be a nightmare knowing I couldn’t smell. I can’t imagine how it would be losing my sense of smell or how it is for someone that can’t smell. That’s why I love my sense of smell.

Ding Dong Ditching

Ding Dong Ditching

“Lets go ding dong ditching!!!” Kylie said. Okay lets go back a little bit. It all started when we were in my bedroom and we were drinking grape juice then Kylie remarked lets go ding dong ditching!!!!!!!! “Okay!!” Abby and I said. The first house we went to was the Ummels house we rang the door bell and Kylie and I took of running to our house. Then my mom got home from Brookshires and I asked her if we could go ding dong ditching and she said no , but we did it anyways. So we asked Noah , Owen , Trent , and Weston if they wanted to go with us and they said yes. Then we went to Ashley’s house then we went to the people that lived across the street but they weren’t home so we went on down the street. Finally we found a house to ding dong ditch , but it was a scary man that likes there!! Kylie and I hobbled over there like 2 penguins we rang the door bell and ran away! Then we went to the people that lived across the street Kylie waited by the mailbox when I went to go ring the door bell. As I reached the front porch I rang the doorbell and Kylie and I took off running. Then the porch light turned on and she came outside. When she went back in Weston and Kylie went to the mailbox and the lady walked back outside and caught Weston and Kylie and also me she went back in and she got her keys and went to the police station.

The Forth Floor

 

            During the summer my church buddies and I went to Pine Ville,  Louisiana for church camp.  We stayed for one week!!  Taylor Self,  Sara Hagenbucher  Kaytlynn Sisco and I stayed in a  room together.  Then about 2 days later we got curious and went up tho the 4th floor and all of a sudden we herd a door  slam!!!!!  then I looked to the left ……….. and i saw 4 red hand prints.  Then we herd a door slam again so we ran down the stairs I went so fast that I fell of the last 2 stairs and landed on my knees i had  a bruise the size of a grapefruit!!!! That night everyone but Taylor and I were asleep and we saw a note that said come to our room or else!!!  Then the next day the same thing happened but this time we herd someone running  down the stairs……… then we noticed i twas just a girl from a different church running down the stairs but we still didn’t  know who slammed the door or wrote the note!!!!  Even though were scared that was a great week…………  I GOT SAVED!!!!!!! that means I let God in my life!!!!!!!  That was time I will remember the rest of my life!!!
